Ingredients:
For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup melted butter

- 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream

- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions:
Crust:
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan, creating an even crust.
- Bake the crust for about 10 minutes, then remove it from the oven and let it cool while you prepare the filling.
Cheesecake Filling:
