Big Boy's Fresh Strawberry Pie Recipe

Ingredients:

For the Pie Crust:
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Filling:
  • 4 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved (keep a few whole berries for garnish)

  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

For the Pie Crust:
  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Combine Ingredients: In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated.
