Ingredients:

Instructions:
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
Prepare Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves. Set aside.
Cream Butter and Sugars: In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Add Eggs and Pumpkin: Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in the pumpkin puree until well combined.
Alternate Dry Ingredients and Milk: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients in three parts, alternating with the milk. Begin and end with the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
